Account Representative
My name is Zachary Baker, and I’m an Account Representative at Christie Hill State Farm. I have been part of the team since 2026, and my favorite part of my job is building relationships with customers. When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me playing games with my friends or hanging out with my wonderful family. Something that always makes me smile is babysitting and hanging out with my nephew. I am an Alabama native, living in Auburn my entire life. A fun fact about me is that I am an excellent cook. If I had to describe myself in three words, they’d be: outgoing, funny, and energetic. Three words I’d use to describe Christie are: friendly, kind, and sweet. My go-to comfort food is tacos, and I’ll never say no to a cold diet coke. One of my bucket list dreams is to own a huge farm in Montana. My favorite thing about Penelope (our beloved bulldog mascot) is how quick she is to come and comfort you, and how she always makes me feel at home. At Christie Hill State Farm, I’m most passionate about having the answer to any question you may have, and I’m proud to be part of a team that serves our local community and that gives their finest no matter the circumstance.

My name is Jackie Murray, and I’m an account manager here at Christie Hill State Farm. I’ve been part of the team since 2019. My favorite part of my job is solving problems for our customers. When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me in the yard playing with my grandson or in the pool playing with my grandson. He is a very active three year old. Something that always makes me smile is flowers and a good meal. I’m originally from California, but now I call Alabama home. A fun fact about me is I have traveled all over the country. I have lived in 7 different states. If I had to describe myself in three words, they’d be: generous, helpful and creative. Three words I’d use to describe Christie are: intelligent, friendly and flexible. My go-to comfort food is mashed potatoes, and I’ll never say no to a donut. One of my bucket list dreams is winning the lottery but I would settle for going back to Europe. My favorite thing about Penelope (our beloved bulldog mascot) is her how she wiggles when she walks, and it is so cute. She always makes me smile. At Christie Hill State Farm, I’m most passionate about the way we approach customer service. Christie understands that a referral from a satisfied customer is better than any advertising. She has instilled that philosophy in her staff and it has worked very well. Our motto and goal is: out-service our competition.

My name is Kim and I’m an Account Manager here at Christie Hill State Farm. I’ve been part of the team since 2019, and my favorite part of my job is explaining coverage to current and future customers. When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me Sewing/crafting, spending time with my family or watching true crime. Something that always makes me smile is my family...especially my grands! I’m originally from Opelika and now reside in the Beauregard community. A fun fact about me is I like to try new things. If I had to describe myself in three words, they’d be: Loyal, Honest and Creative. Three words I’d use to describe Christie are: Creative, Organized, and Social. My go-to comfort food is soup, and I’ll never say no to a Dr. Pepper Zero! One of my bucket list dreams is retirement. My favorite thing about Penelope (our beloved bulldog mascot) is that she is quiet, chill, and loves to make her rounds throughout the office to get her ears scratched. At Christie Hill State Farm, I’m most passionate about helping people find quality coverage within their budget and I’m proud to be part of a team that communicates well with each other and our customers.

When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me working with my plants or reading. Something that always makes me smile is watching my son play. I’m originally from Opelika, AL. A fun fact about me is I have been to culinary school and pastry school. If I had to describe myself in three words, they’d be: humorous, curious, and logical. Three words I’d use to describe Christie are: driven, ambitious, intelligent. My go-to comfort food is Poppy Seed Chicken, and I’ll never say no to Snickers. One of my bucket list dreams is to visit Tokyo. My favorite thing about Penelope (our beloved bulldog mascot) is how she brings her toys to me, and she always makes me feel good. When I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me doing home improvement projects or traveling with my beautiful wife – Christie! Something that always makes me smile is knowing that I truly helped someone. I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio, but now I call Opelika, Alabama home. A fun fact about me is I was an Opelika Police Officer for 35 years, 5 of those as Chief of Police. If I had to describe myself in three words, they’d be: Integrity, Courage, and Commitment. Three words I’d use to describe Christie are: Intelligent, Adventurous, and Strong-Willed. My go-to comfort food is pizza and popcorn, and I’ll never say no to cake. One of my bucket list dreams is to learn to play the guitar. My favorite thing about Penelope (our beloved bulldog mascot) is that she doesn’t have a care in the world, and she always makes me feel calm. At Christie Hill State Farm, I’m most passionate about helping our neighbors solve unforeseen problems and shielding what matters most to them.
